Transfers to the Airport

Passengers are met at the terminal. No bus transfers needed.
Directions:
From M4J4 take H/throw spur.
Terminal 1: From tunnel follow signs to T1 departures, keep left up ramp towards 'Parking Short Stay' set down point, chauffeur will be past 2nd pedestrian crossing at the end near lifts on right.
Terminal 3: From tunnel follow signs for T3, keep right through set of lights.Follow signs for 'Premier Kerb Side Checkin' you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right.
Terminal 4: When approaching T4 go up ramp towards departures keeping left. Up ramp signed 'Departures Set Down point' chauffeur will be waiting between front and middle of lanes 2 & 3 under 'The British Airways Express parking Sign'
For Terminal 5: On Entering Terminal 5 short term Car Park Follow signs to Fast Track entry lane (level 4). Drive to zones L to Q on level 4 & park in the designated area.
You will then be met by a fully insured driver, who will park your car for you ar a secure compound.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival:
A member of uniformed staff will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your pre-booked arrival time to confirm drop off point and your exact arrival time to the departures terminal. On meeting a member of our staff at the departures, they will assist you with your luggage.
Departure:
Upon your return to the terminal once you have collected your luggage please call the driver on the number provided and you car will be sent to the terminal.
